3 Step Routine
How it works
Prep
Use the Nordic Dry Brush twice a week. Start at your feet and brush upwards towards your heart. Always go in a circular motion using firm small strokes.
Exfoliate
Use your exfoliating body polish to remove unwanted baggage on your skin while in the shower or bath. For best results and to achieve smooth skin, use 2-3 times a week. This step is SO important.
Treat
Apply one of our soothing oils to your skin, everywhere daily right after taking a shower. This will soothe and prevent ingrown hairs, redness, and other irritations.
