Trimmer Head Replacement

My original trimmer blade had become noisy and was no longer getting good results. I purchased a replacement but it came apart when I tried to install it. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent a new replacement. My trimmer is now working as well as it did when it was brand new!

Love this trimmer. It’s easy to use, easy to recharge, easy to clean, comfortable trim. Only needed a replacement trimmer head after 3 years of using the original, so I ordered 4 replacements a few weeks ago. The wrapping for each trimmer arrived damaged and one of the trimmer heads was broken/unusable. Customer service was very helpful, explained the situation regarding how the trimmers are wrapped for shipping (they will be changing this for the better), and sent a new trimmer to replace the broken one. I’m happy with the product and the customer service. Thank you!!

My trimmer started making a bit of a racket, i read on here someone else replaced the trimmer head and it resolved the issue for them. I ordered one and put it on and sure enough my trimmer is back to whisper quiet and seems to be cutting even better. Kudos to Bushbalm for selling servicable products! You’ll have my business again and again.

I haven't needed to replace the trimmer head on my Francesca yet. The longevity seems great so far, with proper maintenance, and for my frequency of use. Maintenance instructions were included with the original trimmer which I appreciate. Hopefully, it'll be a while before I need to replace the head!
