Step 1: Nordic Dry Brush
Brush your skin with the Nordic Dry Brush before showering or bathing. Use the brush dry, not in the shower. Use the dry brush 1-2 times weekly.
Step 2: Nude Ingrown Hair Exfoliating Scrub
In the shower, generously apply a handful of scrub and massage it in circular motions over desired areas.Rinse thoroughly after use. Use the scrub 2-3 times weekly, and always before hair removal.
Step 3: Nude Ingrown Hair Oil
Apply a generous amount of oil onto clean skin and massage gently. For best results use daily within 2 minutes of showering/bathing. To lock in hydration, apply morning and night or more as needed.
