What’s your return policy?

We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart after placing an order. Our products can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of placing the order. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.This includes the packaging as well. 

My product is unused and in the original packaging, what’s my next step? 

Please get in contact with our customer service team at team@mybushbalm.com and they will set up the return for you. In your email, please state the reason for your return. 

Return slip?

Our customer service team will provide you with a return slip once they have accepted the return but both original shipping on the order and the return processing fee ($5.00) are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Once the product arrives at the warehouse we will process the return. Upon inspection, if the product does not qualify for a return, we will deny the return. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. The refund does go through automatically on our end but it can take 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution.

What do I do if something is wrong with my package upon receiving it?

If you notice an issue with your order, we’re so sorry. Please contact our customer service team at team@mybushbalm.com immediately, and they will resolve the issue for you. They will do their very best to ensure that you don't have to go through any extra hassle.

Bushbalm™ Money Back Guarantee Policy

At Bushbalm™ Skincare, we want you to love your Francesca™ or Frankie™ trimmer. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  1. First Purchase Only:
     The Money Back Guarantee applies only to the first purchase of The Francesca Trimmer™ or The Frankie Trimmer™ made directly through Bushbalm™.

  2. 30-Day Return Window:
     You must submit your refund request within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible.

  3. Condition of the Product:
     The trimmer must be returned in good condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

Exclusions

  • Manufacturing Defects:
     This guarantee does not cover issues related to manufacturing or defects. Our 90-Day Manufacturing Warranty covers such matters. For manufacturing issues, please contact team@mybushbalm.com

  • Improper Use or Damage:
    Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications will not be covered under the Money Back Guarantee.

Right to Refuse

Bushbalm™ Skincare reserves the right to refuse or deny a Money Back Guarantee request if:

  • The claim appears to be abusive, fraudulent, or repetitive

  • The request is not justified under the terms outlined in this policy.

Francesca Trimmer™ and Frankie Trimmer™ Return Policy and Warranty

  1. Return Policy - All of our products are created with our community of customers in mind, and we want you to be happy while using The Francesca and Frankie Trimmer™. If you're not completely satisfied with your trimmer purchase from www.bushbalm.ca, please reach out to our dedicated support team at team@mybushbalm.com. While we’re unable to accept returns of used trimmers due to hygiene and safety reasons, we genuinely want to make things right. Our team will look into your concern and do our best to find a solution that leaves you satisfied.

  2. Returns Process. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment used on www.bushbalm.ca. To begin the return process please e-mail team@mybushbalm.com. Within your email requesting a return, please include the following information (1) first and last name, (2) order number, (3) proof of purchase, (4) a summary explaining the reason for the return. Bushbalm™ Skincare reserves the right to refuse a return if the inquiry appears to be taking advantage of or is not justified within the return policy.

Warranty: Limited Warranty. Bushbalm™ Skincare warrants to the person who originally purchased The Francesca Trimmer™ and The Frankie Trimmer™ for close grooming and pre-wax preparation, that this product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a 90 Day Warranty Period, subject to conditions. These conditions include: the warranty applies only to the original purchaser. To submit a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met: 1) you have purchased The Francesca Trimmer™ and or The Frankie Trimmer™  from www.bushbalm.com, 2) you have proof of product purchase date, 3) you must return the product to Bushbalm™ Skincare,  4) you must have used the product only as intended and as suggested in the product guide. If a defect occurs and your request meets the warranty conditions, we will replace or refund at our discretion.
