What’s your return policy?

We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart after placing an order. Our products can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the packaging as well. 

My product is unused and in the original packaging, what’s my next step? 

Please get in contact with our customer service team at team@mybushbalm.com and they will set up the return for you. In your email, please state the reason for your return. 

Return slip?

Our customer service team will provide you with a return slip once they have accepted the return but both original shipping on order and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Once the product arrives at the warehouse we will process the return. Upon inspection, if the product does not qualify for a return, we will deny the return. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. The refund does go through automatically on our end but it can take 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution. 

What do I do if something is wrong with my package upon receiving it?

If you notice an issue with your order, we’re so sorry. Please get in contact with our customer service team at team@mybushbalm.com immediately and they will resolve the issue for you. They will do their very best to ensure there is no extra hassle for you.

Francesca Electric Trimmer Return Policy and Warranty

  1. Return Policy. All of our products are created with our community of customers in mind, and we want you to be happy while using The Francesca Electric Trimmer. If you are not satisfied with The Francesca Electric Trimmer you have purchased from www.bushbalm.com, you can return it for a full refund or credit within 30 days of your date of purchase. Please note - The Francesca Trimmer is not the same as a razor, and will not provide the same type of results. 
  2. Returns Process. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment used on www.bushbalm.com. To begin the return process please e-mail team@mybushbalm.com. Within your email requesting a return, please include the following information (1) first and last name, (2) order number, (3) proof of purchase, (4) a summary explaining the reason for the return. Bushbalm Skincare reserves the right to refuse a return if the inquiry appears to be taking advantage of or is not justified within the return policy.

Warranty: Limited Warranty. Bushbalm Skincare warrants to the person who originally purchased The Francesca Electric Trimmer for close grooming and pre-wax preparation, that this product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a 90 Day Warrant Period, subject to conditions. These conditions include; the warranty applying only to the original purchaser. To submit a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met: 1) you have purchased The Francesca Electric Trimmer from www.bushbalm.com, 2) you have proof of product purchase date, 3) you must return the product to Bushbalm Skincare,  4) you must have used the product only as intended and as suggested in the product guide. If a defect occurs and your request meets the warranty conditions we will replace or refund at our discretion.
